Jeg heter Morten Mella, og jeg bor i Bodø, mellom fjell, hav, fjord og det arktiske lyset. Interessen min for naturen og lyset har utviklet seg til MellaFoto – et sted der jeg fotograferer det levende samspillet mellom naturen og årstidene. Gjennom kameraet søker jeg å formidle stillheten og kraften i det nordnorske landskapet.

Welcome to MellaFoto – a creative space where I share my passion for nature photography. I live in beautiful Bodø in Northern Norway, surrounded by the sea, the mountains, and the magic of the Arctic sky. Photography, for me, is deeply connected to the seasons. I find inspiration in the ever-changing light and atmosphere – from the golden glow of the midnight sun in summer to the dancing northern lights that illuminate the winter skies. Nature is always moving, offering endless moments worth capturing. Through my lens, I try to convey a sense of peace, wonder, and presence. The ocean, the dramatic landscapes, and the Arctic light are my closest neighbors – and my greatest sources of inspiration.
